Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the SquaredCast website (https://squaredcast.com), including its content, podcast episodes, downloadable materials, and any associated services (collectively, the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who accesses the Site in any capacity.
Who We Are

Episodes may be delayed, skipped, or paused at any time for any reason, including but not limited to personal obligations, technical issues, scheduling conflicts, or the simple need for a break.
A change in publishing frequency does not constitute a breach of these Terms or any obligation to users of the Site.

This Site contains links to external websites and resources, including in show notes, blog posts, and episode descriptions. These links are provided for convenience and reference only. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party websites or resources.

Patreon and External Platforms
Membership, payments, and associated perks are managed entirely through Patreon and are governed by Patreon’s Terms of Use. We do not process payments or manage subscriptions on this Site.
Patreon tier benefits (including pricing, perks, and availability) are subject to change at our discretion. Any changes will be communicated through Patreon.
We also distribute content through third-party podcast platforms (such as Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, and others). Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service, not by these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site’s operators, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, personal injury, or property damage — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Site, its content, or any downloadable materials, regardless of the theory of liability.
